Booked an appointment for 7 am which is the time the shop opens and when arrived at 7:00 am no one was there and the door was locked. I called the num...ber on the website and texted the number on the door and no response. I waited until 7:22 and left. This was a horrible first experience. Oh and to respond, I have no reason to lie. I booked a service and YOU DID NOT DO YOUR PART! You reaching out to me 30 mins after my appointment for me to return to the shop after I had already made it home has nothing to do with me being at my 7 am appointment and you NOT being there! Be a man and take responsibility as to why you were late. Im not the problem! YOU ARE!! Show more
