By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions: 2009, 2014 - Present I am a Master Barber-Natural Stylist providing a one-stop-shop in the heart of Hollywood. Menu opt...ions: One-Stop-Shop, Barbershop, Loc Shop, Fro/Braid Shop, Spa, TV/Film (On-Set bookings) How to book: 1. Follow & DM a current selfie of your roots/hairline/facial hair in its present state to @sherardnatural on Instagram to get a virtual consultation started. IG is my main/preferred method of communication. Even if we text/speak on the phone, I do virtual video consultation calls via Instagram direct messaging before confirming appointments. 2. Request an appointment from the available time slots in my calendar. 3. Once a time is established, book online directly and send a $50 non-refundable deposit to $sherardnatural ($100 for services $300+) (50% for barbershop only services) cash app, paypal, Venmo, Google pay or zelle sherardnatural@gmail.com, to have your appointment confirmed by me. It goes toward your balance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received by me at least 24 hours in advance after your consultation call. I'll have to decline and open the slot up for someone who can make time for a brief call and send a deposit in a reasonable time if you can't. What's your plan? After your first trial service , if you want to return as a client, let's establish a plan and set you on a schedule based on your hair goals shared during your consultation. By becoming a client you are making a commitment: *** Schedule: Manicured Palm Roll Locs 4-6 weeks ( 8-12x year) Interlocking 8 weeks ( 6x year) Semi-freeform/Wicks 8-12 weeks (2-3 months 4-6x year) Freeform Separating 3-12 months ( 1-4x year) Barbershop services weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. Which one are you? During your virtual consultation I'll tell you the best menu option to select based on the hair goals you express and my expertise. POLICY** ** Fellas if it grows (sideburns, facial hair, line-up/fades) it's my responsibility as a barber-stylist. I do the whole look from shampoo to shape-up + beard , barbering & styling (non-negotiable). Only if I can look and see you are completely freeform or have a natural hairline and don't get shape-ups, and facial hair doesn't grow, will I accept your appointment in this case during your required consultation . **Shampoos are now included in the listed grooming lounge prices. *Everyone - You may not book me for a shampoo individually, then go home to retwist yourself or go to another stylist. I'm not a shampoo assistant. If your locs are completely freeform you can book me for a loc detox and freeform maintenance/separating, and freeform loc styles. *Fellas- You may not book me for natural hair then ask to go to your barber, or to shape up yourself/ do your own beard. Why would I have you leave my chair incomplete for someone else (including you) to finish my job? That just means you're not my client, which isn't bad, just specific. *** This includes booking your barbershop line-up/fade appointments with me as needed in between your appointments for locs/natural hair. If you don't get it lined up, I can see that in the details the next time I see you. If you do, I can see that too and can tell where I left my last line, calculate the time since your last appointment and tell if you cheated. I'll also refer to the before/after transformation photos from your previous service... Sure
