My baby is very tendered headed and cries real bad. My baby never cried, or said ouch even once and she got the stitch braid for the first time!!! I a...m so HAPPY and satisfied with the design, it so fast and she is friendly. Also what won me over was the times they have available. We already scheduled another appt.
