(In the photos - what I asked for vs what I got) I showed up on time for my appointment, but after seating me the barber stepped outside to take a pho...ne call for 5–10 minutes before starting. When he came back, I showed him a clear photo of the cut I wanted, but he only glanced at it and gave me something completely different. The result wasn’t just a little off — it was extremely short and not blended at all. The lines on each side of my head don’t even match one another, which makes the haircut look sloppy and uneven. He was polite, but barely spoke to me during the cut and spent most of the time talking with his coworkers instead. The lack of attention and the completely different outcome left me really disappointed. I would recommend being very cautious if you’re asking for a specific style. Show more

I had booked an appointment for Monday at 4:30. It was confirmed and everything seemed good to go. Unfortunately, when I had arrived I was told by ano...ther barber that Teddy had not been in the shop at all that day. He tried getting ahold of him 2 times but was unable to. I wish there would have been some communication as this was my first time at the shop, and there was no notification that teddy wouldnt be in. Show more
