I did reach out in advance to reschedule due to an unexpected emergency that required me to be out of the shop. Unfortunately, I received a late response, which in turn delayed my ability to follow up right away. I completely understand how that could’ve been frustrating, and it was never my intention to cause any inconvenience. For clarity, no funds were taken for the appointment.. the deposit system only indicates what could be charged for a no-show, which was not applied in this case. Hi, I just wanted to clarify what happened during your son’s appointment. The service that was booked was a “Kids Line Up,” which only allows for 15 minutes and includes a line-up only—not a full haircut. When your son requested a full cut, I let him know that due to the limited time booked, I wouldn’t be able to complete a full skin fade. However, to meet him halfway, I offered a taper since it’s quicker and could still clean up the look. Before he left, I explained that for future appointments, a “Kids Haircut” should be booked if a full cut is needed. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the service, but I did my best to work within the time and service that was scheduled. I appreciate your understanding.
