I’ve been going to GIO for around 3 years now. He’s AWESOME! Best barber I’ve had the privilege of going to. He makes sure to communicate ahead of tim...e if anything comes up and truly puts his customers first with working around there schedule and what times work best for them. There’s been times where he’s in the store by 6am to cut my hair and I also know that he stays late if need be! Gio has been a blessing to me. 👊👊

Horrible! He confirmed via email the night before the appointment. Then he texts me without even saying who it is saying "I won't be in". Completely r...ude and unprofessional. Maybe next time SAY WHO YOU ARE, or communicate through the Booksy app so we know who it is. If you don't give out your phone number and only communicate via Booksy, why would I think you're gonna text me and I should know who it is? I thought it was spam...so my husband shows up w my son, and someone's like "oh Giovanni is not in!" Never go here and definitely don't rely on Giovanni
