Please give me a refund for deposit for this appointment that never took place. I chose this stylist because of the reviews of 5.0. Why am I upset, ...I Booked my initial appointment on 8/3 for 8/16 at 9am. At 936pm on 8/15, I get a message saying there was a scheduling conflict. Can I reschedule you at 5pm. No I had plans so that did not work. I texted immediately and sent another text on Saturday. Response was apologizing and offered an appointment for Tuesday… I stressed in my message that I am going to my brothers Memorial services and I stressed the importance of this appointment. Appointment was confirmed for Tuesday on Sunday Morning. Today is Tuesday and as I am getting dressed for my 5pm I get a BS message at 4:14p about her double booking asking me can I come tomorrow! No i can’t you will cancel again. Show more
