We needed a last minute braid appointment before my teenage daughter's hospital stay, and Claressa was absolutely wonderful. She was communicative fro...m the start, keeping me updated on her arrival time, and she created a simple, beautiful, hospital-friendly style that allowed my daughter to focus on her recovery instead of worrying about her hair. The appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. My daughter couldn't decide whether it went by so quickly because Claressa braids fast or because she was so kind and engaging throughout the entire appointment. Because we chose to do it in our home, inclusive of her travel fee, the style cost more than a usual simple style - but we were so grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine kindness she showed during a stressful week for our family. I would gladly recommend Claressa!
