I have enjoyed going to miss January the last past years she is a excellent at her craft. I also enjoy book it and how I can book my appointments with... her. And how on her site it states how long each appointment will be and if I have to add on a service. And if she has the ability to do it all in one day. Even if she's running a little late she always gives us a courtesy's call and let us know that she's on her way. She always give us wonderful customer services when we're in her shop.. and she explains in details what is great for our hair and what products that we should use. She is a wonderful beautician and she does beautiful work. Show more

Hello Lisa, I thank you for your candid review. I can understand your disappointment from your point of view on what you may think happened. I’ve been conducting business for quite a while using Booksy. I take my business very seriously. We've never met since you live out of town & I do appreciate the fact that you found me & made her first appt. with me on 11/7/23 for a consultation because she was unhappy with her hair color results from her previous stylist. She has been to me 6 times. During those times she has always complemented me. If you are aware with my Booksy account, it clearly states Demi color is an add on service. If you schedule and just book Demi hair color then I will cancel the service & let you all know the proper service to book or I will go in & change it then notify you. You all booked the appointment on Friday night. I didn't have enough time available before her 9AM appointment to go buy hair color that she needs and do her hair at 9 AM. The store opens at 8:30am. I already had a 10 AM scheduled. If you would've scheduled a hair style with the hair color service, Booksy wouldn't have allowed the appointment. I canceled the service & did send a message. I also informed your mother of this. Some appointments she scheduled with me directly.. normally you all complement me with a 5 star service. I have provided her with great hair products that she buys & that she loves. Thank you for her time with Just Glamorous Hair. Take Care.
