I’m sorry you felt your experience was terrible, especially considering the conversation we had during and after your appointment. At the time, you expressed that you would definitely be returning and even mentioned recommending me to others. What changed my decision to no longer accept future bookings was the way you spoke negatively about multiple local barbers throughout the appointment. Based on that interaction, I felt we simply were not the right fit moving forward which is why your booking access was removed prior to the "terrible" review being posted. Facts over emotions brother…best of luck finding another barber.
