I had an appointment with the owner, Franklin, at 1pm. As soon as I get there, apparently, he's already in his car about to leave to do god knows what.... The other barber, who I believe is his nephew, calls him and tells him that his 1pm appointment is here. The other barber then puts him on facetime and gives me the phone. The owner tells me that he'll be back in 20 mins or that this other barber can take me now. That immediately made me a little upset, but I do a simple fade and a beard cleanup. It's not hard to do, so I said sure. 45 mins goes by, and Franklin still isn't back from whatever he's doing. Now his 1:45pm customer comes in and is also looking for Franklin. At this point his sister who's been upset the whole time because she was cleaning a barber chair in the corner that hadn't been cleaned in a while, starts calling him too to say that his 1:45pm guy is here. Now the 2nd barber next to the nephew unfortunately has to take him as well and I can tell that this customer wasn't happy either. To top it off, his nephew did not do a good job cutting my hair. It took him an hour and 45 mins to do it, and the fade was uneven, the lineup on my head and beard was also not done right. I had to fix it myself when I got home. I still tipped him well because that's just what I do. I'll never come back to this barbershop again. I only went here because my barber was on vacation. However, if everything was done right, I probably would've visited here more often since they're closer to my house. Clearly, there's no professionalism here, and the owner clearly doesn't care about his customers. Show more

Friendly people but I don’t believe they clean their equipment. I ended up in urgent care and a prescription for my scalp.

It is unfortunate that has happened to you, but I can assure you that it wasn’t from my shop. We sanitize all are equipment prior to shift start in between clients and end of shift. As we use top of the line cleaning products from Andis. But again sorry to hear that
