Good evening, I do understand my client time is very valuable. You arrive hours before your appointment and decided to stand behind my chair as I was working on another clients. You wanted to learn how I was styling my clients hair and to learn what products that im using on my clients. I have a waiting area that is designed for clients to wait patiently and enjoy the television, books or even the music that is being played. My work is always neat and quick. Once my client in the chair had notified me that you were making them uncomfortable by standing over me while working. I asked you to wait in the waiting area till your appointment time. Showing up hours before your appointment time, wanting hair tips while I’m still working on another clients at their designated time frame. Rushing me because you’re hours early to your appointment time frame because you want to hurry up to get your hair done to go out that night to the club. Will push my time frame back if I have to keep stopping to cater to your needs while working on another client. I respect every client time and I’m very appreciative for my clients for choosing me as their professional hair stylist.
