Your appointment request was never confirmed because of the availability. Thursday's schedule was adjusted earlier this week through the app due to a business obligation. On the details section of this page, it states not to assume that an appointment is in place if the request hasn't been confirmed. 2.) I couldn't respond because of my adherence to my obligation at the time, but I made sure reach back out via call and text to attempt to clear up some misunderstandings (in which I never received a response). 3.) Booksy automatically removes unconfirmed requests if the requested time had already lapsed. That wasn't an action from our end. 4.) I was never 30-45 late, and even offer 50% off if I'm more than 15min behind (according to the details section). We pride ourselves in client accommodation if there's any inconvenience or misunderstanding. According to our text thread, you were late for 2 out of your 3 appointments, and I was willing to still work something out with you despite you reaching out 3 hours later. 5.) The misunderstandings could've been easily clarified and rectified via phone or text (as attempted), but you chose a less diplomatic route with misunderstandings and falsehood.
