Michelle was very professional and welcoming. Overall her energy was amazing. However, the style that my daughter received looked rushed, and not very... sleek at all. I could tell immediately after receiving a photo that the ponytail looked a bit rushed. My child was happy so that’s all that matters in the end, but I wouldn’t say that I got my moneys worth. I don’t believe we’ll be visiting again.

I have never felt inclined to leave negative reviews but this is absolutely warranted to reflect not only my experience but the outcome. Michelle is s...weet and respectful. And the wash by Danasia was great. That’s where the positives end. I was booked for a 3PM wash, trim, and roller set. I walked in a few minutes early. Cumulatively, this is a service that should be fulfilled within 2 hours. I still can’t believe that I didn’t leave the salon until 7:50PM. 5 hours for a routine service is appalling. This is utterly disrespectful and lack of consideration of my time. Now onto the service. I initially requested a regular roller set and then switched it to a flexi rod set. As a hair dresser, it is your responsibility to communicate with the client if you’re unable to successfully executive a service. And that’s what should have happened. The flexi rods were not fully functioning. There was no product applied to the hair and they were not tight at all. I take accountability for not stopping her once I realize there were issues. I did not see what the hair looked like when the rods were removed. But Michelle proceeded to seperate the hair when she should have just left the curls and allowed them to drop on their own. I know this was an attempt to salvage and style the hair but she touched and stretched the hair so much that it became a frizzy fro. It looks even worse today. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to have spent 5 hours in a salon and money for what should have been a straightforward service and leave looking worse than how I walked in. It’s completely unacceptable.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your hair. My goal is always to make sure every client leaves the salon feeling beautiful, confident, and satisfied with their service. I only wish you had shared your concerns before leaving the salon, as I would have done my very best to correct anything you were unhappy with. After receiving a tip for both myself and my assistant, it was disappointing to later read this review instead of having the opportunity to address the issue directly.

Michelle was amazing!! She gave me a trim and a beautiful silk press. She also gave me tips on how to take care of my silk press since i had told her ...that it was my first time getting one! 100% recommend. Lovely lovely community!

My daughter and I had an appointment with Michelle this morning, and she did an amazing job. She made us both feel very comfortable from the moment we... arrived. She is so nice, patient and very knowledgeable. The other stylists were very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was smooth and professional. We highly recommend her!
