If i could give a zero star i would. I booked this person 3 TIMES AND EACH TIME WAS A NO SHOW WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION INITIATED ON HER END. The first... time i messaged she said her car wasn’t working which is fine…that i completely understand. Every other time since then she missed the times of our appointments and never message me until i reach out asking for a refund after the appointment had already been missed by several hours. I send messages multiple days prior to the appointment to remind her but she still MISSED EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION. Total waste of time. I didn’t want to leave a negative review the first 2 times because i understand things happen and I hate bad mouthing someone’s business but 3 times is a pattern. No apology was issued to me after the 3rd missed appointment, she didn’t even message me back. PT2. You agreed to take the appointment knowing her age and i offered extra money for you to do a mobile appoint to which you agreed. The first missed appointment i added it in the tip. The other two missed appointments i was going to give you the money in cash. I asked for a discount because you cancelled/no showed TWICE PRIOR. You said no and I gave no push back and offered to not charge a travel fee. I was still going to give you $60 in gas if you had showed up to be nice and compensate you for the inconvenience. Hello Janiyah thank you for your feedback. I took out time to accept a 2 year old which people don’t usually do. Of course I couldn't make it the first two times as we communicated going to you when I really don't do mobile appointments at all. And my apologies but I don't deal with business that tries to abuse discounts on already discounted styles. I do apologize you feel that way but I will not discount already discounted prices on top of that you don't pay the mobile fee of $30 for me to travel the first two times. You book under styled braids which is different from box braids that you sent after you already booked, you change up the styles once booked. Last day I told you a travel fee will not be needed because that last cancellation but book under right one. But thank you for the pics it shows I responded everytime. I refunded you everytime 😊 and you can't give me gas once I arrive. You pay the travel fee when booked. A negative review is only a doorway to better business with more loyal clients who don't abuse my business. Have a wonderful day. Mobile appointments are not available, I understand your frustration but if you're ever up for coming to me as my clients do, I'll be more than happy to do your daughter hair, especially if you book the correct style of the styles you want for the correct price.
