It shows it has been a week since your scheduled appointment which you didn't show up for and there is also no name on the account so I'm not sure who you are. I give every client the opportunity to look in the mirror and let me know if there is anything they would like to change before getting out of the chair and leaving the shop. If there was a problem with the cut I would have been more than willing to take care of it.
