I came in for my birthday I was very excited to get my eyelashes done by Brittany she confirmed with me super late at night about 750 almost 8 o’clock... I confirmed back for my appointment and she hearted it, I also booked a Eyebrow tent with Wendy! When I walked in to check-in the lady at the front was really sweet but failed to tell me that Brittany wasn’t coming I was told to go lay in a room where Wendy came and said she will be doing my eyelash and my brows I was a little confused and so I went back on the app to check seeing that I’ve never met Brittany I was referred by a friend, when I check back on the app to check I see they changed it to windy without asking me was I OK with that. I was very disappointed in their accountability I even text Brittany and she never respond it’s very disappointing but I do want to acknowledge that even though I was not able to get my eyelashes done for my birthday and have to go on a trip with ball head lashes Wendy did a wonderful job on my eyebrows thank you Wendy I will be back for you, in the world of beauty I wish that the people who gave services would hold the same accountability they would charge your card if you did a no call no-show so we should be able to charge them for a no call no show this was so disrespectful and so rude and I was very disappointed. Shame on you Brittany
