Had an appointment for 6:25pm arrived at 6:15pm the barber had another guy in the chair which is understandable running a little behind, Im thinking o...k he know he has a 6:25 because he the one confirmed it on Boosky days ago! But he never said anything to us once we sat down too even see if we were his 6:25.. The barber next to him asked us who we were waiting on i clearly said Reggie he then turn to the barber and said "Ayyye they for you bro" i sat with my 2 son's for 48 mins after my appointment time like i didnt have anything to do with my time! Once the guy in the chair was done i walked my son over to the chair to finally receive the haircut after damn near 50 mins of sitting the barber says "You waiting for me"?!! I reply "yea i had a 6:25 for my 2 son's" he says back "awww ok well let me just cut this guy's beard right quick then ill get to yall" what was the purpose of me setting appointment time if no one pays attention to the Booksy notifications or we cant get cut on that slot?! By this time its like 7:18pm which would had me in the barbershop after 8pm with my children which was a no go we walked out... Maybe buddy cuts are crispy as a business owner myself there was no professionalism at all with this situation there never was a "My fault", "Im a lookout for you", no nothing which was kind of bogus and a waste our time👍🏽 Show more
