I can't review her work bcz the appointment was not had but i can describe the exoerience.... When i got to the salon, i was told she don't work ther...e. I checked my phone and saw a text from her sending me a Leesburg address ?! When i asked why she said she wont put her home address on booksy. We texted back n forth and although she apologized I didn't understand why when i called and spoke to her the day before, she didn't just tell me she was not at thelocation on her booksy. So i asked to reschedule but she offered me a refund. When i advised I'd prefer to reschedule, she offered an 8am appointment for the next morning but i work so i asked did she have another availability and she said she will check and ...... never texted me again. So ultimately i asked for a refund via text but she doesn't answer me. She kept my deposit. Show more
