First and most important, she was on time, this means a lot to me. I was in her chair as soon as I walked in. Second, she did a great job on my passio...n twists, was quick, answered all of my questions and was very personable. I will be returning. Update: I text and returned after day 2, because a number of the twists began to unravel. Bee was very accommodating, and fit me in for a retwist. When I got home, two that she retwisted had already unraveled again. By 6 days, I had one fall out, and a few more unraveling. I followed the instructions provided on caring for them. I’ve read they don’t last long, but expected more than a week. I hate to change my review, but I reached out to Bee by text almost 2 weeks ago to let her know, and schedule to pay to get something else done, but have yet to get a response. Prior to this she was very responsive. I’m not sure if it’s a quality issue, a choice in style issue or a combo of both. I’m still optimistic, based on my rapport with her, and I hope to hear back. Will review if I do. Show more
