I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea. I’ve been seeing her and getting services done for about 3 to 4 years. Now I recently did lip blushing, ...but in the past I’ve done eyebrows with her. Every visit is such a treat. for one, she explains everything that she’s doing in her services which makes me feel super comfortable. There could be some fear behind permanent make up in the process, but she makes everything simple and super clear about the experience.
