Highly recommend Chelsea! She does amazing work and has a skill/talent for what she does! I am super happy with the results and she always makes you f...eel so comfortable and checks on you as she is working at making you look amazing! If you’re looking for permanent makeup look no further! She did my brows and eyeliner! It looks sooo good! This is the photo of the next day so I’m a bit swollen still but I’m thrilled! And when I can wear makeup in about 5 days I know it’s going to look so much better!
