The overall quality of cuts can be good. However, the one-hour or more wait beyond the scheduled appointment without an acknowledgement after 30mins s...ignificantly impacts a return visit being unlikely. More accurate time estimations or advance communication of delays would be beneficial and improved punctuality would be appreciated. Show more

He let me know he would be 15 min behind but he didn’t tell it’s someone a head of me. My appointment was at 11:30am he sat someone else in the chair... at 11:45 as soon as he got there. I didn’t have time to wait another 30 min so I had to leave. This was my first time booking. Show more
