Service was quick and at first glance my daughter was very happy. I even gave a generous tip thinking what a great job. Fast forward to the next day. ...Too much product was used in her locs leaving a white residue that no amount of water on a damp cloth applied could get rid of. Now day 5 she has hair bumps in the back of her head where her locs were pulled too tight and started complaining so much I had to take them down. Money wasted. Show more

Hello Nat thanks for your feedback,,but unfortunately you weren’t paying attention because I did state since you were in a bit of a rush I asked you did you have a dryer at home,you said yes so I mentioned to make sure you have her sit under the dryer otherwiseu it would turn white. Sad to say you didn’t take my advice and now my work seemed to have not met your expectations simply because you did not care enough to follow my instructions. I do wish you the best with her loc journey!
