Structured Gel Manicure

If I could give zero stars I really would. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for a structured manicure and didn’t leave the salon until after 1:00. The t...echnician assigned to me was Karla, who I’ve only ever seen performing pedicures. I was surprised that the salon owner would allow a technician who is either still learning or unfamiliar with how to do any manicures above a basic manicures to take clients on their own is crazy. Karla clearly did not know how to perform the service I booked. At one point, the owner I believed was called to the salon to attempt to help do one of my nail designs, but even that was not done properly. The entire experience was frustrating and ended up costing me $98.72. Instead of arguing in the moment, I allowed the service to be finished, but now I’m left with nails that look beyond terrible. And leaf the salon with nail polish on my hands and around my cuticles even though I asked for them to be cleaned. I either have to wait until they grow out or pay another professional to fix them. This appointment felt like a waste of both my time and money. Show more

Solo paso a decirles que quedé fascinada con el servicio… Fascinada de cómo pudieron cobrar tanto por unas uñas tan mal hechas. Mal limadas, torcidas,... con un acabado que parece hecho a la carrera que ni a los 8 días de su aplicación ya se salieron. Una verdadera obra de arte… pero de terror. Gracias por darme la claridad de saber que jamás volveré a un lugar donde la calidad y el respeto al cliente brillan por su ausencia. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable… en el peor sentido! Y ni siquiera me cobraron lo que dice aquí en la aplicación si no que fue el doble de eso casi que horror😏 Show more
