In terms of the barbers ability to cut, he’s very talented. However lacks customer service, I came in for my first appointment 5 minutes early, expect...ing to be taken back. However he was just starting on another person. I waited 15+ minutes and it was clear it would be another 25 before he was done. I canceled, and left, yet he marked me as a no show knowing I showed and waited past my appointment. I booked another appointment not knowing it was the same place, and again waited 15+ minutes past my appointment. He’s a very nice guy, but this consistent inconsistency makes me not want to return. Didn’t get my haircut after waiting for 45 minutes and setting an appointment a week in advance. I understand things happen and a lot of factors can c...onflict with scheduling but this wasn’t the first time, I’ve been seeing Marcus for years & always understood how busy he gets but after the 4th/5th time of excessive waiting with an appointment It’s just not suitable for the price and time allocation. I was a first-timer and BRANDON took real good care of me. Made me feel right at home and his barber skills are exceptional. I got the haircut I asked... for and was on point. The place is clean and everyone was cool in the shop. I highly recommend him as a barber!! 5 stars !! Show more
