Hot towel shave

It was an unpleasant experience. He kept going over my skin with sharp clippers. I informed him that I paid for a hot towel shave so he doesn’t have t...o irritate my skin with the clippers he advised he will do that too. He warmed up a towel with warm water twice and left it on my face. Then when he went to shave it was against the grain after I already advise that it would break me out. I told him to just forget the cut. I left with my skin irritated and scratched from the clippers. He seems very inexperience and I wouldn’t go back. Show more

I did everything as you asked. I switched out the clippers. I used the hot water as it is always used. I shaved you how you asked and you still said it felt uncomfortable AFTER I SHAVED IT WITH THE GRAIN. Your skin was already irritated before I cut it as well. I’d be happy not to cut you again because you left the shop happy and now want to lie and say something. I appreciate the constructive criticism tho🙏🏼.
