Louie was really sweet and nice but unfortunately I’m about two weeks out from my lash lift and my lashes are still overproccessed and overcurled - so...me of them have fallen out despite my best efforts to moisturize them. Wish it wasn’t the case but sadly I wouldn’t recommend going for a lash lift.

Asked for mani & pedi at same time. Even confirmed it. Did not happen. No apology. Nail tools were not sanitized from what I could tell. Nail buf...fer was dirty. Salon was also very untidy with ceiling vents missing and stuff everywhere.
