If you had a issue with the cut , you could have said something when I showed you the mirror or even contacted me personally when you got home or even the next few days , I can’t confirm or deny the quality of the cut , I’ve cut you over 30 times with no issues, now after you got charged for cancelling your appt then rebooked for the 4:30 same day and was over 15 minutes late for that one , I have texts to verify , so if you feel you got a rush job , I apologize the logical thing for me to do was just not cut you. So I hope the one star makes you feel better , and you have a blessed day.
