While you were very nice and the style looks great it took 10hrs to do her hair. Appointment was at 10am-3pm we arrived at 9:30am , you arrived at 10:...05am and we didn’t leave your shop until 9:00pm . You took several other “quick” clients before finishing her braids. I could understand if it were micros taking that long but they were not. You didn’t seem to consider our time frame and I found that unprofessional. Show more

However when I... got there she claimed it was for every other Thursday which is not on her site.
