It was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD IN A BARBERSHOP!!! FIRST, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH GERALD BUT WAS PASSED DOWN TO ANOTHER BARBER WHO RUS...HED THROUGH MY HAIR. ACTED AS HE DIDN'T WANT TO CUT MY HAIR, STOPPED TO TEXT ON HIS PHONE AND LITERALLY PUSHED MY HAIRLINE SO FAR BACK. NOW I'M HAVING TO MAKE ME A HAIRLINE WITH FIBER!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. ONE THING THEY NEED TO REALIZE IS WHOM YOUR NEW CUSTOMERS ARE LOL , I'M A LICENSED HAIR STYLIST AND HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 12 YEARS. THE BARBER KNEW HE DIDN'T PERFORM UP TO HIS STANDARDS BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE A TIP AFTER CHARGING ME 40 DOLLARS!! I WILL CONTACT THE OWNER !!! Show more

Man this barbershop is a hidden Gem inside the mall. I set an appointment up to see Gerald for the first time and explained to him that I had no hairl...ine.
