I must say they have really lost a Customer. I booked Butterfly Locs. On the site the charge is 200+ now the style for my Locs was supposed to be a bo...b. Now I knew I was going to have to purchase my hair which cost 65 dollars. Now I was charged 300 for the service which my hair looks nothing like what I asked for. Now the first photo is what I wanted he second photo is what I got. Looks NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR at all. They are very OVER PRICED I will not be back I’d rather let the women whom sit in the train station or sit on the sidewalk and ask if u want to get your hair Braided Before I go back there again. My hair is bulky it’s rivaling frm some of the Locs and I just got it done yesterday. I live in Connecticut came all the way to Harlem to be over charged and hair looking CRAZY NEVER AGAIN Show more

My sister gets to t...he appointment only for the staff to say the stylist wont be in until 5:00....well when was someone going to properly notify us of this?? Why would you have the appointment open for booking if you know you wont be there to provide the service? You almost ruined my sisters big day with your un-professionalism. Wont ever ever ever ever ever book again. Show more
First Lady I took my daughter to (last chair in the back) did a really good job. Second time it was 1 of the ladies in front, I didn't let her finish ...because of how she was ripping her hair. Who combs root to tip without holding the roots????? Show more
I had a terrible experience with the eyelash extension service. The lady who does them is really nice but the quality of the work/materials is not wor...th the price/ losing natural lashes. I usually go with a different eyelash tech in Harlem but she was unable to on short notice so I came here (a friend recommended). On day 4 of having my lashes they were irritating my eye and one of my eyes wouldn’t open. I messaged her and came in, she initially put more lashes on but my eyes were still irritated so she removed the lashes and lots of my natural lash came out with them. I’ve heard horror stories of lashes coming out which is why I tried this place she came recommended and it was pricey so I figured it was good quality. However, this was the worst lash experience I’ve had. Show more

The braider was nice. I like my hair.
I went into this business establishment to remove my braids. They had me waiting for 5 minutes before even answering. Someone finally said ok sat me... down then ask me how much I wanna pay. I stated I don’t know because it was my first time doing this. So I said $30 the response was met with oh no no no. We don’t do that. So I asked how much. They should have just told me the price. The woman continued to argue with me. I decided to leave. Very unprofessional Show more
I only gave this place a four because their prices are much higher than my usual braid salons and the work isn’t consistent between stylists, but my v...ery first visit I got the young lady in the front of the salon to the right as you walk in and her work was great!! The place is fairly clean and the hair stylists are all very nice. I would only suggest asking to see the stylist’s work before you sit in the seat. Show more
They work fast at braiding your hair and giving you the style you have in mind. Workers are friendly. I will keep going back for now.
