I'm TRULY PLEASED!!! This is a follow-up review to my consultation visit review. Hopefully I can load a few pictures in chronological order. Pict...ure #-1 I went in with a mess of mangled & matted hair. The were originally "Box" styled & I liked them, but in my heart I really wanted much smaller Locs. Picture #-2 What I wanted or as close to it as possible. Picture #'s 3, 4 & 5 What I got! Sooooo HAPPY! People listen, AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED! I got what i wanted and asked for. Terry & Gi-Gi (please forgive me if I've mispelled your name) made me feel comfortable from the moment of my initial visit to the moment she was done. I didnt feel like they were doing me a favor by doing my hair, they made me feel that they were happy to provide their services to me. In my opinion, it was the Old fashioned customer service morals I remember from my childhood when the client/customer was important. The attention to comfort, the explanation of services, steps, findings, resultions, etc., were clear and understandable which helps the client to make their decision to move forward. At the end of my session, Gi-Gi & Terry both explained what my home care should be as well as when I should return for my follow-up visit and what that visit will consist of. Bottom line people, go check out D & D for your Locs. I'm a truly a happy customer.
