She is very knowledgeable and informative. Her customer service and welcoming spirit is phenomenal and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve been natural for almost 4 years now, and hadn’t had any treatments or anything professional done t...o my hair since going natural and she was very gentle with me. Letting me know step by step what products she was using and what each step was doing to help my hair. And then after it all she still recommends different regimens until my next visit. Shikira is absolutely amazing, the ambience of your place is very relaxing but professional, and I will be recommending her to everybody around me. Thank you so much and you have a loyal customer in me.
