My experience was amazing Domie braided my hair, just the way I asked her to in fact, she did several braids to reassure me of the size of the braid a...nd and the amount of hair I wanted in each braid before she would continue once I was sure of the braid it took her less than three hours! Horrible customer service. She moved my appt 3 times only for me to get there at the time she requested and she had someone in the chair. She never tx...t to let me know she was running behind and she also never txt me back about rebooking I’ve booked with her once and she did my daughter hair once and I tried booking again and she declined my appointment. I tried to book with her again and she has no customer service skills at all. Show more
