I like how Jason reviews himself interesting . I was going to Jason for a long time since he was in South Road unfortunately his head got too big for ...his britches!!. He's a very nice kid but unfortunately he has a little bit of an attitude problem! I had an appointment a few weeks ago I happened to be running late due to something unexpected outside of my apartment complex happening. However, I did call Jason to let him know ahead of time he said that would be fine that I was running late..I live about 30 minutes away from where he cuts hair so, not close! As I proceeded to walk into the building and got to the top of the stairs. He told me that sorry man can't do it!!??? in my eyes that's very unprofessional, and very immature. He should've just told me from the time I called him at the phone. He knows where I'm leaving from. He should've just said no and man I can't do it since he packs his schedule so tightly.. so say the least I was very upset , gas isn't cheap these days as we all know. I feel like he should've handled the situation much differently especially for a longtime customer that is loyal! I've sat there and waited for other people in the chair while they've gotten their haircut!! When they've run into "MY" appointment time and said nothing about it!!! Neither did Jason or nor was it a concern for him!!!! That was on two occasions.!!! I feel he could've handled the situation, much differently like maybe say I'm sorry man I just can't do it now but if you want to have a seat, I'll take it right after this person. It only really takes 15 minutes to cut my hair. He just kinda stretches it out and takes his time. I've been coming to him for a very long time and tip him well so it was a very big turn off.!!..He basically just dismissed and said oh well!!! Nothing I can do?!!' I was actually referred to Jason by a friend of my wives who cuts hair at the salon where he used to work, and her boyfriend actually stopped going to Jason because he doesn't cut hair as well as he used to and was messing it up and she didn't want to say anything and there's been numerous times where I've had to come home myself and fix my hair with my own scissors after a haircut if you're paying $40 for a haircut, you should not have to come home and fix it!!! Simple! If you're charging those prices, your master barber and it's perfection! So maybe he should rethink his prices these days because I don't think his skillset fits the prices that he set's maybe try to be a little bit more humble.!!! GOOD LUCK to ALL!!!! Show more
