This was my second time coming to the shop. The first time was not a good experience so I gave it a second chance the first time I came to get my hair... dyed, he tried to charge me more money than what the app stated second time I came to get my hair dye this time I paid for group tips in our washing style, and he only completed the die and didn’t act like I didn’t give him I didn’t pay. Pop for the washing style so I left out of there without a hairstyle old Valentine’s Day. Very terrible customer service.

My hair came out great. But ended up adding a wax. I got a chemical burn from the cooling gel. Also i was not aware of how the tipping policy worked.... The stylist gave me her Venmo so I gave her $75 thinking it was service plus tip. I was then charged separately for the service so I made Venmo request for the service amount back. No response and she kept a tip of 136.36% chemical burn and all.
