I was running late from work to bring my son for his haircut so I wasn’t sure if we would need to reschedule. Crystale was very kind and made me feel ...very comfortable and at ease about it. She did a great job with his hair and I never felt like she was rushing to get it done even though we had arrived late. We will definitely go back again! Show more

Received a text 30 minutes prior to my appointment telling me that the address had been changed to some metal building a... couple of miles from the business and that the appointment would be 15 minutes late. We really liked the ladies and they were good with our kids but twice we've made an appointment only to show up and the shop is closed. Once we waited... twenty minutes and they did come in. This last time no one was there and after twenty past the appointment time he left. Show more

I made this appointment before I checked the reviews. We showed up 10 minutes prior to appointment, mind you that we barely got because my son despera...tely needs his haircut and everyone is booked for weeks. Waited there 10 minutes after appointment, no one ever showed up. Lights were off and door was locked Could not find a phone number to call anywhere. Finally got a message an hour later saying they had to cancel because of an emergency. I understand things happen, but this is no way to run a business. We were a new customer hoping to establish a place for my son's haircuts, yet we will never be returning. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Show more
