My appointment was confirmed for 630pm and when I got there the door says the shop closes at 6. Why the discrepancy with Booksy or why it was confirme...d idk Edit: I booked the appointment for 630 at 430 in the app and it was confirmed, unless that's a computer not a human. I drove to the address listed in the app and there was no one there when I arrived at 630. That's why I mentioned the door time. But it seems you're saying you would have to drive back to the shop to open it up? Fair enough. Show more

I’m sorry but you fell victim to technology. I live in Queen Creek and didn’t get a notification until I checked my schedule for tomorrow. You were the only one booked. My hours are on this app… no need to pay attention to hours on door.
