Booked appointment on the site, days before stylist tried to change appointment then day of she tells me she doesn’t get off until my appointment time... so she would be 30 minutes after I waited 45 and left. No apology no type of accommodation or anything. Lesson learned, if you are not available at the time you have listed on your site don’t have that time slot as an option to book. 0/10 Show more
