It was my first haircut in nearly three decades. I had no idea what I wanted. Terry was very professional, kind but firm. He made sure to listen, guid...e me gently while also ensuring that he did not impose anything on me and that in the end, the results would be exactly what I wanted. I’m very happily with my results and will be going there. The shop is neat, he has a great personality (sense of humor and super personable all around). I had a good time and I feel fortunate that he got to do my hair this one time when i was so unsure of myself. I took up far more than my allotted time. I don’t encourage this but he did not make me feel bad about it either. Show more
