This client is upset because I would not allow her friend ( which I do not allow additional guests due to covid) to sit in my work area and watch me do her hair. I am not required to give tutorials. Guests are to remain in the sitting area . She scheduled a shampoo trim and deep condition which she received. I asked if she would like me to wet style it even though she did not book a shampoo and style. She said to leave it like it was with no product. She scheduled a trim which only removes split ends. If what she really wanted was specific styling and a certain amount of inches off she needed to schedule a precision hair cut. I confirmed with her what services before we started I cannot read minds and I asked the appropriate questions. I take pride in my work and have an inclusive business. I would never say anything disparaging about the lgbqt community.
