My apologies for that, my name is Robert Serrano and I normally come to the barbershop by 1:30. I tried to get a hold of my coworker to let him know that he has a 12:00 appointment. He didn't show up and that's a big disappointment and I'm sorry you had to go through that. I'm always on time for my customers. He doesn't have the books yet so he probably didn't know that that's why I tried to remind him but he wasn't answering my phone call.
