Good morning, this is Latoya.. my apologies if you felt as if I rushed your hair yesterday.. your silk press was top tier when you left the salon last night.. of course the people I trained don’t move at my pace, I been doing hair for 15 years.. over 1000 reviews at 5 stars don’t lie.. Sorry it wasn’t your experience I wasn’t feeling well before you got to the shop so instead of leaving and canceling clients, I took medicine that clearly made me tired and sat in the back.. Since it is your first time, I usually only touch my clients at the point of silk press (flat iron) and I come over to check there hair during blow dry.. (which I actually took over during your blow drying) because I am training other great stylist like Jade and Jada to make sure they are providing the same service I have been given clients at Salon spice for the past 10 years. As far as poof, like you said, you been in braids for the past few years… it happen sometimes! But you were really silky last night when u left the salon and trim to profession! I made sure! As I always do per my reviews. You can come back by to get repressed today or tomorrow. You booked a silk press, Hydration (20mins), trim and all over color (30min) which totaled $175/ paid and walked out happy with no extended wait, just your service! I apologize if hearing I was under the weather made you feel as if I didn’t want to do your hair! That’s not the case.
