Hi, Mandy. I’d like to address your comments by first saying yes, I did get animated during our conversation because, as I shared with you, I’m very passionate about human rights. However, regarding your defamatory remarks, especially pertaining to my use of sharp instruments, you and I both know those things are not true. I would never jeopardize the safety of my clients, regardless of what they said or believed. As we discussed in our last appointment, I terminated our relationship because we were no longer a good fit, which is my right as a service provider. I told you I wished you nothing but the best and I meant that. I also find it important to note that I did not accept your payment for the final service I provided you. With all that being said, I sincerely wish you well with your new barber, I hope it’s a better fit.
