Jess was very personable. She did a great job breading my hair. I loved the way it came out. I just with the wash was I bit more thorough. Other than ...that I would definitely be a return customer. We were struggling finding a go...od hair braider in Austin and was starting to loose hope, but I was given Jess’ info and it’s fair to say, her work is fantastic - the braids are tight, lines crispy, attention to detail was on point.
