This is an update to a previous review, as there was a minor misco...mmunication due to booking on the app which was discovered the day after my appointment. Upon discovery, the stylist reached out to me and offered to correct the misunderstanding, which I greatly appreciated. She was very professional and forthright. I’d recommend ensuring what you booked on the app upon arriving at the salon. I’d also recommend this stylist for her professionalism, putting the customer first, taking pride in her work, and being very skilled at her craft. Show more

Perfectly wonderful experience! Emma is a delightful, talented stylist. I have waist long hair that's wavy and fairly thick. Id not had a professi...onal cut for over two years. My prior stylist had retired, so i just let my hair go wildly natural. It's not a great look. After trying to do a self cut, bad idea, i reasearched, thank you internet! and found Emma at the Alchemist, a great medium-sized salon. I highly recommend Emma, i still have very long hair that's now shaped perfectly. I got exactly what i needed and wanted Emma's my new forever stylist. I was surprised that the service was taxable.
