I booked him at 8:00 am in the morning for a 1 and 1:30 in the afternoon. Received confirmation that he was booked and was notified that my card would... be charge if I cancelled without an hours notice. Texted him to let him know we were almost there, arrived...not at shop...texted him to let him know we were there at 1:12 PM...nothing...called to ask if he was still coming in...nothing. I let someone else in the salon take my boys in and get them cut. First time using booksy so maybe the problem was with the app but regardless not one word of communication from this guy. Show more
