I came in here with high expectations as her instagram nails are on point. She brought my nails back to life with gel bottle and they grew, but then w...hen i went to my second appt that my nails were nice and long she put multiple coats that didnt dry. I got to my car and saw my thumb hadnt dried. So i knocked on the door and after ten minutes was let in, mind you after paying 120$. I said it didnt dry and she yelled “ of course its dry” she told me to put it in the light and if it was blue it was dry, long and behold it was not blue and she told the pedi tech to fix it without offering me a chair i was hunched over with my hand in the light.then had another nail ruined for four days before she was able to get “me in” for a fix, after not answering the phone via text for the whole day.Customer service to me is most important and she is not it. Especially for what she charges and how she holds herself accountable. This review is not for her nailservice but for her customer service. Also the fact she kinda makes you do your pedi because if not the price difference is only 10$. Not to memtion she cancelled my appt last minute saying she was sick then posted a selfie saying fresh cut and blowdry by the best. Slap in the face Show more
