    • Double Process $150 Per Hour

      A double process color refers to a two-step service. This is generally done by either lightening the hair first, then going in after and applying a color or glaze, OR this is done by applying a color then following up again with a color (permanent, demi, or semi) service does include olaplex treatment! PLEASE understand this process does take time. This service can range anywhere from 2-3 even for hours. Consultation must be booked before booking this service. To discuss pricing and if hair is in good health to get color of not a plan will be put in place to get your hair to the state needed for color service to be performed on the hair.

Nestled near the square of downtown Fayetteville, this salon is in a nice location for those in the area. My appointment wasn’t a true appointment, bu...t instead a consultation for a sew-in. The stylist, I forgot to grab her name (so sorry), walked through what I was looking for and my overall hair goals. She also asked what daily products I use and any issues I have with my hair. She let me see a sample of the hair she’d be using and was patient enough to look through my inspiration photos for my look. Show more

Yesterday was my third time getting my hair done by Neesha. The first 2 times were okay I was satisfied. But, yesterday was not good. I booked a servi...ce that I was not aware that didn’t include her flat ironing my hair at the end of the service. Now, by me being a new client I would think that the stylist would make sure her new client understood her pricing. Once, the service was over and I realized that style was not included in that service of shampoo and blow dry. I asked Neesha how much would she charge me to go on ahead and flat iron my hair. She took her time answering me and acted as if she didn’t want to just help me out. Obviously I us unaware of the pricing and description. The fact that a stylist would let a client walk out the salon looking less than stellar says a lot about their integrity and no compassion. I tried to build a client relationship with Neesha. But, there’s too many stylists in Atlanta to deal with this mess. Who would be happy do accommodate me and be professional about it. I won’t be back. Show more

WOW, I am in complete shock & utter disbelief It appears you & I had two completely different experiences. I take absolute pride in EVERY service I provide to ALL of my clients. You, your mother & your sister included of whom you refered to me after your first appt. Which shows you were very pleased with not only the service, but my CUSTOMER SERVICE It is very sad and dissappointing to know that when you were please with your service you did not take the time to show me love via the booking app, but instead...the one time YOU book incorrectly you leave me a horrible review as if it was my fault you did not read my service break down not only that you booked for a shampoo & blow dry in the discription it clearly states SHAMPOO & BLOW DRY ONLY **DOES NOT INCLUDE SILK PRESS** Then when you arrived you asked for a deep condition. Which is a $30 service alone & the shampoo & blow dry is $50 I only charged you $65 because of the discrepancy. So I short changed myself to help you & basically get slapped in the face. I did have two other clients sitting in front of me. I answered your question and adviced you that it would be $135 for silkpress, hydration and shampoo. Gave you time to think while I addressed my current time slot. You chose to say "well I dont want to waste any more of your time" I would have gladly flat ironed your hair..but you chose to walk out. I am very saddened by this horrible review & that you couldnt take the time to text nor speak to me before doing so
