Unfortunately the app did not send me a link to confirm the appointment. My appointment was for October 14th, 2025 at 9am. The hairdresser, Jasmin, re...ached via text 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm. I was not able to see the text due to driving to the salon. I live 30 minutes away from the location. (I don’t text and drive at all. All notifications silenced.) I arrived to the salon at exactly 9:03am and saw that she confirming the appointment 30 minutes before the appointment. I was already at the salon. She was not there. I waited until 9:30am for her to arrive after I explained that I was already here. She offered to re-schedule for 10:30am. That time did not work for me, which is why I scheduled at 9 and not later. More over , the app did not send me a confirmation text. And she only texted the day OF ( not even a day before or several days before) and did not show up at all to the appointment. I would suggest ,new clients ,if the app does not send a confirmation link to reach out to her to confirm the appointment if she does not reach out first. I recommend the business owner to call and leave a voicemail if the client does not confirm appointment by the link, because glitches with apps are very common. Text a few days BEFORE the appointment. From reading the other reviews, it seems this is a daily occurrence. .

Jazmine is super sweet and amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted and she heard me out and gave me options and ideas and gave me the best suggestions...! She did an amazing job! She was honest and showed me how bad my layers were and fixed them for me! I definitely recommend her! You will not regret it!
